As an owner - when do I get paid?

We capture all of the booking revenue, we pay the cleaners and purchase supplies as needed. At the beginning of the following month - you will receive an owner statement all revenue & expenses for the month and the amount of your owner payout. We will then send to you via an ACH transfer.

What is the process if something breaks at the home?

Our cleaning staff, and quality inspection team is trained to identify and report any damages, stains, or missing items. We take time stamped photo & video evidence of the damages for documentation. We then find the replacement item and it's cost online and submit this information as evidence either to AirBnb, VRBO, or the customer's credit card company.

Can I see the reservations and what kind of reporting do you provide?

Using our software Hostaway - we give you access to an owner portal where you can see your booking calendar at all times, where each reservation came from, the guest count etc. You also have access to your financial reporting which shows Occupancy, Nightly Rate Reports, and other information that will help you stay on top of your home and maintain full visibility.

How often can we use our home and how do we communicate owner blocks?

It is your home, you can use it as much as you want. Simply let us know when you plan to occupy the property - and we will block that time on the calendar so and ensure it's fully prepared for your arrival. We just ask that you honor any current guest reservations that are already on the calendar..

What are the next steps to move forward?

We are going to get on a call together and get a clear understanding of what your goals are with your property moving forward. We will outline our tried-and-true process and answer any questions you have. After our discovery call, we will send over our contract for you to sign and then schedule a date to tour the property and get started.
