Our Story
I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® with over a decade of experience helping clients build wealth and prepare for retirement. Through that work, I saw something clearly—real estate, and especially short-term rentals, offered one of the most powerful opportunities for generating income and long-term wealth accumulation
So, we decided to try Airbnb ourselves in 2020.
We furnished our first property and handed it over to a local property manager, thinking it would be a hands-free investment. But what we found shocked us:
• Guest issues went unanswered
• Pricing was completely flat
• The property wasn’t being cared for
• Reviews suffered
We realized the manager’s service was generic, reactive, and clearly not built to maximize performance or guest satisfaction.
That’s when we saw the opportunity.
Most property managers were running a volume-based business—focused on adding more doors, not delivering better results.
Their clients were stuck with a stressful side hustle or “passive” income that wasn’t actually passive. So we decided to do things differently.
We rolled up our sleeves, took over management ourselves, and learned the business from the inside out.
